- Posted By Michael Pepevnik(former student of Brad - The law thinks 250 dollars covers not only taking a persons life because of somebody elses neglect but also the mental problems that occur in each loved ones lives that has to deal with this and all the students and faculty that are in mental and emotional pain the rest of their lives ?who is it that decides the amount of money or punishment for a person like jennifer? Please find somebody else to replace this person. It costs more money to bail somebody out that committed theft than a person has to pay when they kill a pedestrian.
