Oregon State Police (OSP) and Brookings Police Department (BPD) arrested a federal fugitive early Saturday at a Brookings-area bar where he was working as a disc jockey. The man was sought by U.S. Marshal's Service and Oakland County, Michigan Sheriff's Office for two arrest warrants.
